NEW SCHOOL SHUTTLE

It is no more news that the expectations of Mr Edeoga Hillary can not be over emphasized. thumbs up to his management that has made it easy for students to go to an fro of the new hostel in the comfort of the newly acquired shuttle.

The shutle which is estimated at twenty (20) in number is expected to go through all the nooks and cranies of the schooln conveying students to their dufferent locations.

The new shuttles which started operating last week conveyed all students not withstanding if they had the access card to the car or not. students were seen rejoicing and chanting songs of jubilation while the shuttle(s) conveyed them to their different locations.

Currently, the shuttle wouldn't be conveying those who doesnt have their I.D card. Infact, it is now strictly for those who has their I.D card.

Be it as it may, life on campus has never be better.

MATRICULATION! MATRICULATION!! MATRICULATION!!!

Information reaching MOUAUNEWS have confirmed that the School Management have approved 31st January 2015, as the Matriculation date for all the New Students of the institution.

The management of the institution have advised all newly admitted students to pay their Acceptance fee and School fees to enable them be part of the Matriculation.

Students are advised to visit their colleges to gather more information about the matriculation.
We therefore call on all students to return back to school.

Information reaching us confirms that those who are yet to gain admission into this institution should keep their fingers crossed as there might be another list before the matriculation day being 31st January 2015. We are not yet sure about the N.D program but we promise to keep you updated in the next few days.

It is also imperative to note that lectures have commenced in earnest. Infact, lectures started the very first day school resumed. Virtually all the courses have started giving out their assignments.  

THE DRAMA BETWEEN THE V.C AND THE YEAR ONE STUDENTS OVER THE HOSTEL ISSUE.

Wonders shall never seize. It is now the students and the V.C. hahahahahaha. It all started yesterday after the students demonstrated their anger over the hostel issue.

The V.C who is God-fearing, whose conscience is God-like after deliberating with the SUG personels decided to take it upon himself address the year one students. In his speech, he noted some basic facts. Firstly, he apologised for the inconvenience this whole menace might have caused the students. after the plea, he came down to the business of the day. Aha! All the students echaoed. He started again after a long pause. He stressed the fact that the school have run out hostel.

He made it clear that no student would be refunded his or her money except on one condition. The condition being that such student(s) will have to forfeit their admission.

however, he gave the students hope by assuring them that the old hostel would be made available to the students pending when the new hostels which are under construction will be completed.

It was gathered that the students left the meeting hall down hearted since their expectation was a flop.

The meeting was closed by a short praryer by the SUG president.

LATEST UPDATE ON HOSTEL ACCOMODATION.

Yesterday being 14th January 2015, it was gathered that the aggrieved 100 level students of this great institution took to the shores of the school portraying their anger in a peaceful protest. It took the grace of our amiable SUG personnels to address the issue.

 The students who were so much vexed because of the non-allocation of hostel which is long over due were asked to write down their names, that is, those who need refund and those who are still interested in the hostel. A great majority of the students vied for refund while a handful still needed the hostel.

The 100 level students demanded the presence of the V.C who's presence was outrightly denied them. it was also gathered that the the students expressed discomfort over their present place of abode regarding the nono-allocation of the said hostel. Some lamented on the mosquito bites they receive each night at Achebe hall all night due to lack of residence. 

FRESHERS MIGHT SMILE AGAIN.

Report reaching us confirms that the administration of this great institution is making plans to refund the aggrieved 100 level students back their hostel fee as the school has run out of already built hostel.

We will recall that sometime within this semester, the aggrieved students tried to put laws into their hands by staging a protest in front of the new hostel.

It only took the grace of God and the effort of God fearing students to address the issue

MOUAU TO INTRODUCE MEDICINE AND SURGERY COME 2015

Over the years, this great school has strived to come best among its rivals. It is in this light that the admininistration under Mr. Edeoga, the able Vice Chancellor of the institution has found it worthy to bestow on this school this great college of medicine. It shall be a great feat if this will actually come to pass; it will boost the image of the school and also make the school stand out from the crowd.
